Terms of service
Effective August 7, 2026
01Agreement
By entering into a Wardly engagement, or by using a Wardly deployment on a website you operate, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
Each engagement is additionally governed by the written scope agreed before work begins. Where the scope and these terms conflict, the scope governs.
02The service
Wardly deploys and configures a first-party analytics system on the client's setup, defines a conversion event with the client, configures scoring and source ranking against that event, and builds reporting around the client's team. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops.
Deployment and configuration are performed by Wardly. There is no self-serve installation, free tier or trial.
03Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to deploy measurement on any domain included in the engagement.
- You are responsible for the conversion events you ask us to configure, including any personal data you choose to include in event parameters.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable law in the jurisdictions where your visitors are located, including any required visitor disclosures.
- You will provide the access and the technical contact described in the agreed scope, without which deployment cannot proceed.
- You will not use Wardly to measure a website you do not own or are not authorised to measure.
04Account security
You are responsible for keeping any credentials issued to you confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
05Conversion estimates
Conversion-likelihood scores are statistical estimates derived from historical visitor behaviour on your own site. They are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Wardly is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of these estimates.
Where a trained model does not meet the accuracy threshold we consider usable, we will tell you that rather than present an unreliable estimate.
06Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.
07Fees
Fees are set out in the written scope agreed before work begins and are invoiced accordingly. We do not process card payments through this website.
08Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms set out in the agreed scope. We may suspend or terminate an engagement that breaches these terms or applicable law.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wardly after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
